We are very blessed this school year to be able to provide the students with more music classes. Not only do we have Jeremy and Kristen coming on Wednesdays twice a month, but we also have Mrs. Susan Lippert attending to the students on two Fridays per month. This morning they learned the words and melody to Sweet Hour of Prayer and some history regarding this song.

God bless you in this important ministry. Years ago, I was on the board of a Christian school in Ontario, Canada. I also taught a course on hymnology to the Grade 7's and 8's. Parents reported afterward that it increased the children's participation in the worship service, and there interest in the hymns that were sung.
