Race for Christ

There were 115 registered runners and walkers ages 2 to 72 years for our first annual 10K, 5K Run, 5K Walk, and Children’s Fun Run! The weather was cool, but the rain held off. There was a bit of a north wind blowing making the last half of the race a bit more challenging for everyone. You can follow the ‘race registration’ link on our website to find the race results. We wish to thank all of our sponsors and participants for making this race a success! We hope to see you next year!

Tabernacle Study

Gary Idt is shown here with his model of the Tabernacle. The model served as a wonderful tool to help the students grasp the idea of how incredible our God really is! He works in both the little details and the big picture. From the model’s tiny hooks and strings to the layered covering of the Holies of Holies, this Bible lesson kept students asking question after question. Thank you Mr. Idt for sharing with us!

Service with a Smile

There were plenty of smiles with the food Tuesday (April 7) evening as the students of MVCA had the duty of serving the meal to their guests. They had a few minutes to dig in themselves before hurrying to warm up their vocals before the Easter program which consisted of songs, scripture memorization, and the play, The Tale of Three Trees.

A Full Fellowship Hall

Family and friends of MVCA gathered for a wonderful evening of food and fellowship prior to the Easter program on Tuesday, April 7. The fellowship hall was packed and everyone agreed the food was terrific. Thank you to the MVCA Board for providing the meal!
